The GDPR law is reinforcing the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA); the latter has bee replaced with the General Date Protection Regulations (GDPR) which improves on DPA's principles in the way personal and sensitive data is managed.

At St Vincent's Nursery, we take DPA seriously and step up to the same commitment with GDPR. This is an ongoing commitment, therefore, we will adjust and refine our policy and actions as appropriate and as dictated by statutory guidance; we will keep you informed along the way.
